This site belongs to Dmytro Demyanenko (Fractional CFO). Below is what data we receive, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
The site has no forms, no sign-up and no user accounts, so we collect nothing about you automatically. Personal data appears only when you write to us yourself on Telegram, LinkedIn or by email: your name, the contact you wrote from, and the content of your message.
Technical data
The server running this site keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, time of request, page, browser type. They exist for security and uptime and are not linked to a named person.
Cookies and analytics
We use no advertising or analytics cookies and do not track your behaviour. The only technical cookie belongs to the private editing area and is used by the administrator alone.
AI assistant
The assistant runs entirely in your browser: it picks its reply from a prepared set and sends nothing to a server. If you type your name, phone number or company details into it, those words stay on your device and disappear as soon as you reload or close the page — we neither see nor store them. Even so, please do not enter confidential information into the chat: for a real conversation, write to us on Telegram or LinkedIn.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell or share your data. Technically the site is hosted with Railway, which processes only the access logs mentioned above. If you write to us on Telegram or LinkedIn, that conversation is also governed by those services.
Why and on what basis
We use what you send us only to reply and to discuss possible work together. The basis is your own enquiry and our shared interest in steps towards a possible agreement.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while it is relevant to our work together, and for up to three years after the last contact. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict its use or object to it. Writing to any of our contacts is enough. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
